Affordable, Powerful Gig switch

Hello There,
I have now are just 1 1/2 months this super switch.
Have to this switch 16 devices are connected and never similar performance degradation had due to the switch.
Have permanently a transmission speed of stable 120-125MB / s (prerequisite is here installed the appropriate hardware on the receiver and transmitter) even if multiple streams, games, downloads get to the switch, it remains stable and the performance is stable. The only pity is that the switch can not LACP but this can only be found in higher price ranges.
Who a 'simple' very quiet (no fan installed, all passive cooled) switch for home searches and also so many devices has with Gig-Ethernet, which I can put this switch only near and say, strike!
