So far I have had only positive experiences with the Verbatim blank. Is fired with a Pioneer BDR-207DBK (Sorry if not specified in the most reviews) The firmware is up to date (1.21) and the Verbatim blank is in the Media List of the burner. As burning software ImgBurn 2.5.7.0 I use. Both data and video files are described to capacity without error. Although the blank is specified 6x and the BDK-207 has a matching 6x write strategy, I burn only 4x. (Whether a burner has a write strategy for the inserted blank, one learns about DVDInfo. At Pioneer also directly in the "Supported Media List". In Billigheimern (LG etc.) there is no such thing. It also helps the website of Verbatim, Although not fully up to date, but at least there is an indication (verbatim.de/pdfs/BD%20Writer%20Compatibility_1.pdf))
Even when burning DVD could increase tidy with high burning speed, the error rate. 4x does not take too long and the result is 100% usable BDs. Read the BD on all computer drives - and provided that to video footage handelt- on my two BD players (Panasonic and Philips).
I would highly recommend this blank all who have a drive that supports this blank.
