We have made repeat purchases Badelatschen this model a few days ago (40 in pink, 45 in blue) - absolute disaster. The colors do not disagreed and the sizes also. Pink is now piggy-pink and blue will be delivered in a ugly dirty-black-blue. Both pairs of flip-flops were (compared with existing flip-flops of the model) is smaller (the 45 even about 2 numbers). The delivery has been reclaimed. The seller gets them so BECO, was the resulting statement. We then approached us to beco. Instead of being written responses to a manager Area Sales Manager - cheeky and impudent. It has now submitted a complaint to the manager about this reaction. If the problem can not be resolved, are further steps taken (eg consumer protection organization).
