The brand Tenvis

Rather than another less known brand, I chose for this purchase Tenvis the brand, guaranteeing responsive support, I contacted several times. (In English). I noted upon installation of the access problems with my smartphone, but the support Tenvis convinced me that that's not coming from the camera. (They even connected to the camera and provided me with screenshots)
I have problems with access Free Mobile because this camera is connected to a Freebox in non-unbundled areas. In unbundled areas, no problem. Problem faced by other users. I have not found a solution for me to get around the problem, but it is definitely not the fault of Tenvis. Its free dyndns works, for example.
But to look for a wifi hotspot or ADSL access, no problem. I am running the WiFi inside. I use email functions and motion detection, no problem. Easy camera setup and router settings of the Freebox.

As rightly said another user, do not hope that the images are detailed enough to identify a potential burglar, but the great advantage of this kind of small inexpensive cameras is that in case of alarm (your alarm center whose telephone transmitter sends you a text message or calls you on your mobile) in case of alarm, it is mostly (99%?) a false alarm. A small camera turn, everything is in order, do not panic, the alert is missed, not even bother to disturb neighbors or friends. And as for pro cameras, they can not see through the hoods, and a burglar can remove his clothes "working". So a camera 500 in "pro" who do not resist more than the small Tenvis a good shot bat
