Before ordering, I was a bit skeptical as to whether the integrated battery lasts long enough to recharge it not the same after every workout again have (had stopped yet no battery players in this format and the manufacturer's instructions are indeed to be treated with caution). When first trying out my doubts but were eliminated. The players ran for two hours at a time, including to try various settings and the battery was still at 95% thereafter. I should mention, however, that I had the "Super Saver" mode enabled. The glow-in-bass beat of the music LED is quite nice, but to be an unnecessary gimmick you anyway does not perceive during training.
The record on the player is very easy. The player is recognized by the computer (Windows 7) as a removable disk and you can set individual songs
simply pull over the Explorer by dragging and dropping to the player.
The player is relatively easy, so it does not bother particularly during exercise.
A negative point of the player are as expected the supplied "headphones", the sound is not so hot, first and second, who I think is a not so suitable for the sport mode. I have the phone against existing Creative EP 630 replaced and the sound is really good. One must be careful with this type handset but with the switchable bass boost on the player, but this also depends on the quality of the MP3.
I have the bass boost after the initial trial and error off again because it just too much was (and I usually like lots of bass).
In this context it should also be mentioned that in this player by the existing European regulation volume limitation on the menu on or off. One in my opinion not entirely insignificant advantage over other players.
The Shuffle function works depending on the selection of any folder or even on the selected folder. Other players that I had previously taken into shortlisted have only a shuffle function on the 6 or 8 tracks enough.
Also worth mentioning is the clothing clip. This can be attached to personal Preferenz. Either displays the terminal toward handset cord or towards USB connector. Shows the terminal direction cable should be noted however that one has also mitgedrückt on the front when attaching to clothing quickly once the Play or Pause button (can cope but if the "Hold-bolt" is enabled).
Negative on the clip I find the lack of rubber in the terminal or at least a higher clamping pressure. To me it's already happened, that I have the player clipped "upside down" to the lower hem of the shirt and not a minute that would have fallen to the ground later, if he had not hanged yet on Hörerkapel. But is a problem with which you can handle if you know it.
One or the other could also display the player something to be too small. I, however, it is sufficient completely.
All in all, I can say that I find 5 stars for the player justified that it was a really good buy (which I somehow expected but also by Sony)
even if the price is still quite above the comparable models of other providers.
