Todd Perkins explains all the issues in a well-understandable thread based meaningful examples. The declaration style I find great because for me content, brisk pace, declarations, Detailiertheit, clarity are perfect. Although I knew the rudimentary basics, the whole exercise was from the front to the back sufficiently exciting for me and was at no time even begin boring. I have learned a lot of important opportunities and find the workout for me, therefore, instructive and valuable. Since it also covers the complete workflow very well, I think that I know enough now many details for all steps up to moviemaking.
The explanations tend to be brief, the pace is relatively fast and there are hardly any (unnecessary) repetitions. But the fact that the explanations are very clear and obvious, they have found the perfect presentation style for me, and the training has thus fallen to me very well.
I would imagine though, that's something to fast for beginners the pace already and a few repetitions could be helpful.
In this respect I would define as a sensible prerequisite for this training video:
- Reasonably good computer knowledge to operate the computer in general
Have perhaps ever served a simple video editing program to know the big picture and the workflow of video editing program roughly -
Due to the great clear, crisp and fluid style of Paul Trani I bought also the training to Photoshop CS5 basics, which has confirmed the good style of training for me.
In sum highly recommended, because all the essential techniques of Premiere Pro CS4 are declared excellent.
