Loud and unreliable, Samsung Customer deficient

First of all, I have the unit ordered from Amazon, but the dealer around the corner. Bought 01/2012 makes the player first great joy. He was very quiet and did what he should. For that I have taken the trouble to send a two-page letter to Samsung, with a request for clarification why the units are so loud. So back to the device still friendly Händer, return, after two weeks the device is there, built 3 new drive again. Test run, still loud.

Conclusion, the player is virtually no longer used, I'll sell it. A new course no longer comes from Samsung. Even a faint when buying equipment can still be loud after the Return Period.
