The mounting system has a double disadvantage:
1- this is not a suction cup arm, so once mounted, it is more easy movement.

The device is very easy to use
the registration system loop and 1-5 minute videos are very practical to quickly find the record of a situation.

QUALITY OF THE DAY PICTURES
I'm not very enthusiastic regarding the quality of videos.
I have a few snapshots with the nominal resolution using the tool DrivePro PC Tool. This gives pictures of 1920x1080. I find it difficult to read the plates of the cars if they are 2 to 3 cars in front. Here [AK-1 image gallery] a car is about 3 cars in front and I can not identify his plate.
For comparison, this is a picture taken with my phone [AK-2 image gallery] and it's easy to read the plate of a car that is more or less the same distance.
My phone take pictures in 3264x2448 size. The DrivePro of 1920x1080 images! This is 4 times smaller in number of pixels! If my phone is doing with a small goal, then DrivePro, a dedicated camera should be able to do better.
I also had problems pixelisations time to time [AK-3 image gallery] In fact I could reproduce the problem with a small test. Here 2 pictures:

I have the feeling that the camera does not clear adjust exposure if it is started directly in full sun or very light. It is possible to adjust the sour exhibition hand in the menus, but if you reduce the day, you will not have enough light at night. Not very satisfactory.
QUALITY OF NIGHT IMAGES
If we put the odds of solving the problem and the difficulty of reading the plates, which can not saméliorer night, I find the quality of images as reasonable night.
However, on the second copy that I bought, the images of the night were showed black pixels multitudes and a fault on the right side of the sensor. I had to replace the product.
My conclusion:
- I find the camera suitable for its purpose. The management of videos is convenient. The camera is easy to take hands too.
- The lights of the working range is very comfortable. The camera adjusts the two extremes (pixelization aside)
- Its image qualities are good, but far from being excellent. The camera will be useful to prove the circumstances of an incident but may not allow the identification of a person or vehicle, as appropriate.
- She deserves much larger images and possibly a stabilizer. For me the image quality is not at the level of current technology. She should do at least as well as a phone.
- Overall, I find it a good tool to start with dashcams. A good performance / price. However I was not nhésiterais change to a camera with better picture quality.
- I advise you to use it day and night immediately to be sure that the sensor has no flaws in all lighting conditions (some defects are visible only at night).
