Very stable and tight on all sides, so you have drinzusitzen feel tight and if necessary to cope with even a stone dropped one on the foot. The footbed is strongly contoured. Overall, he seemed a bit stiff but it is from all sides a very good support and a good fit (assuming that one's foot fits the footbed). Even the quick release works well.
But for me it was not the right, as I was looking for something more comfortable for normal forest and hiking trails. The color combinations are not my cup of tea.
Conclusion: Overall, more of a shoe with strengths offroad and unpaved surfaces. Ok (but too bulky for my taste) for flat well-maintained hiking trails. As a running shoe (jogging) he is good rather not (too heavy, too inflexible). Even as a city shoe he is only for people who otherwise tend rather to large and very colorful shoes.
