I think the vest is really well made and it weighs exactly 10 kilograms (I weighed) although I would not have thought at the beginning. The vest seems lighter than it really is. It is perfectly suitable for hiking, I have already tested themselves. After 6 hours I did but then hurt his shoulders. Also good I find that you can take out the sandbags. In total, there are 20 sand bags each 50 grams so you can determine the desired weight fairly accurately.
The only negative is that really stinks this vest. And I do not just say so, it really stinks.
