They work!
Although that applying is a bit cumbersome, but to attract a long rain pants cost a similar amount of time. The protection afforded is great as long as you actually driving on the bike. You have to stay out in the cold (eg at traffic lights), the unprotected leg matches in torrential rain to get wet. For light to medium rain but that's no problem. But the legs are obviously very well ventilated and is therefore hardly sweating. In addition, the Rainlegs keep your thighs warm and dry extremely fast. As far as I am therefore very pleased with the function and drag them before a complete rain pants. The reflectors do I still like to with ...
However, I also complaints: The material used is not (as indicated) ripstop nylon, but not a particularly high-quality acting polyamide fabric with concealed PU layer. If you roll up the Rainlegs, you can fix them with snaps and wear like a belt around the waist. However, the material does not give the impression that one could repeat this procedure more often without having to tear the snaps around. Likewise, I believe that the elastic straps, with which one fixed the Rainlegs on legs and crotch, will wear out relatively quickly. Let's see how long they keep. For a model of more robust, yet lightweight fabric, with better straps I was also willing to give a little more than the 23 euros that I paid for Rainlegs.
As long as there are not but, I can recommend the Rainlegs in the current variant.
