I'm using the mud-pack usually in the two-day rhythm at the knees, thighs, buttocks and belly / waist - so a large area = also high consumption. To enhance the effect primarily (and because it prevents even greater mess during the exposure time * g *) I pack up those points in addition in cling film a. It is cheaper than body wrap foil by far and serves the purpose well.
After the application (and packing), I clearly feel the heat and a tingling / tingling. The smell is getting used to. It smells fresh, but just a bit after Schlick ;-). I personally have no problem with it, but can not think well, that odor-sensitive people perceive it as unpleasant. I let the pack 30 - 40 min. act and then rinse it off in the shower, after which the skin is red hot and light, but in my opinion feels firmer and more toned. I combine the mud pack with further Geomar products. The best result I have so far achieved with the combination Fango + Remodelling Spray: tensioner, slimmer, less water retention, improved circulation. The price / performance ratio, I find quite good - there are significantly more expensive anti-cellulite products that bring less or nothing.
But:
- I respect (largely) on my Ernärung (sometimes more, sometimes less - I do not diet, I do not renounce full for sweets or fast food but I make sure to keep a measure)
- I try the evening (because full-time employed) to complete a small fitness program (exercises with Thera-Band + exercises for belly / legs / buttocks) - does that sound a lot, but find most orders ship within 10-15 min. instead of.
- I make sure to drink a lot.
But that's all really not an act or should it not be, if one really wants what cause.
Whoever believes real progress, to achieve a visible success, only by einschmiert with the mud-pack and otherwise skin with chips and pizza on the sofa and nothing else for it does (not even snacks), which is to his right "disappointed". It is not a panacea, but in conjunction with (a few already) supportive measures, clearly perceptible successes can be achieved! But only if you give up the illusion that it this remedies (or generally any remedies) alone creates - that does not exist! No effort = no success.
Just this: When my friend for about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks of regular use (+ Fitness exercises) said that my butt smaller and firmer and my thighs were slimmer, I was high for a week ... :-)
Can achieve good, effective product with which shows visible successes: In the sense!
