Great jacket - lightweight, tight fit, comfortable, breathable, and warm

I have a raincoat for rides on the scooter sought which should have a small pack size but in order to store as required under the seat. Now I'm really surprised how wearing this jacket. The fabric feels pleasantly soft, the collar rests gently around the neck and can no longer breeze through, because you need barely a shawl or scarf, the sleeves are really times long enough and can be quickly with Velcro wrist, or conform to the gloves. The lower end of the jacket can be adjusted via an elastic band whose settings are wisely hidden in the front pockets, so that one sees virtually nothing about it.

Today I am at an outside temperature of about 5 degrees and sleet drove through the city, under the jacket only a fleece and a long-sleeved T-shirt, plus a VAUDE rain pants over jeans, Snowborder gloves and helmet. The only unpleasant were the cold finger and the cold air on his face. The jacket has not fluttered and held tight everywhere. No comparison to the rubber suit I've ever used.

Attention! The jacket is rather slim cut. With 192 cm long arms (68) and 100 Kg I opted for the size XXL and it fits me like a glove over the fleece. On a bike and a scooter it's great when nothing is flapping. If anyone is even greater or more difficult it is likely to be tight.

For color: Since I do not want to wear as other scooter riders a safety vest, I decided for a red jacket, and it served its purpose, since the red is quite garish - definitely an eye-catcher ;-) The elegant satin black is likely many certainly more satisfied!
