Device 1: Battery defective, can not be loaded, App refused cooperation. After returning device 2: Battery loaded, App refused cooperation. Diagnostics and troubleshooting via English website iphone, turned upside down, lots of reset, ext reinstalled, nothing good is. "Soft Reset" and then "hard reset" trying to support information, both unsuccessful, device blinks cheerfully to herself and passed back into the "can not be bothered". A total of 5 hours of work and to post legwork later (many steps!) Abandoned plan Experiment 3 need not be. I'm waiting for the iWatch.
