Perfect penknife as backup

I bought this knife for 37. For this price you get nowhere better penknife, just when it comes to a Boker Plus pocket knife. Nothing wobbles, since there is no blade play and the 440C used - steel is top notch for anyway.
As Notmesser I have always in my backpack and part serrated blade is also good, although there are varying without part serrated blade, which is substantially more expensive.
