I have ordered the cartridges because I was bewogwn to the fabulously affordable price. Delivery arrived promptly within 2 days after ordering, so I was able to quickly my Brother DCP 145C to feed the cartridges. But then the first shock - equal to the first cartridge did not want to engage (for that I slowly began lashing out * g *). Upon closer examination of the cartridge, I have found that a spring of the cartridge was broken. Hmmm ... not good to start thinking I've tried and the second from. Before I put this in the printer I tested then the movement rate of the spring and it was ok. Snapping shut then very good and the printer also showed immediately that he has no appetite for cyan. ; O) The other to-exchange cartridge then also worked flawlessly and the printing result is really great! But what I am doing with the faulty cartridge? So I wrote an email to the Customer Service of Silver trade and what can I say - 3 Days later I received as Replacement cartridge is genuine Brother !!! That's what I call a very, very good service !!! For that I would even 10 stars if it were possible! Price-performance ratio: Very Good + * Complaints behavior: Very Good ++ Total score: Very Good ++
