To criticism of the stroke but unfortunately I do not come around:
- The ports are too close together for my liking. Commercially available USB sticks can indeed be well placed next to each other, but as my MP3 player is slightly wider than this and thus blocked three ports. The buyer should be sure to be clear about before buying, what they want to use the lift and choose a better place to use for an as needed.
- As with the previous model, the USB ports are compared to the usual orientation rotated. The meaning behind it reveals itself to me still does not, it is certainly habituation thing, I find it disturbing.
- The Y-cable, which is not standard compliant, according to USB specification and problems, such as congestion can cause, was probably installed for better power supply, do not like it, for the reasons mentioned but forward. Under comments I link a statement of 'ct to which has hardly lost its topicality.
Without the Y-cable, I would give the stroke four stars, but this leads to a further deduction to three stars.
Despite my criticisms I want the pluses that has given this Cateck Hub mention:
* The hub comes in a very nice, as always reminiscent of Apple, in chic design, glossy silver and with slightly rounded corners. Since the design is reminiscent only to Apple, although it fits very well to all the company's products, but can also be used by Apple-haters (of which there are some luckily ...).
* The base is referred to not only as a non-slip, it is also. The Hub will really stand out.
* The number of USB ports is also super ... when the devices are suitable, as described above.
