Impression:
The mouse is visually an eye-catcher, is unquestionable. I think there is hardly another mouse with a similar appearance.
I can only report positive I have not had second mouse in hand acting on the processing quality and the quality. It is also the first mouse I know that has a skeleton made of metal, which is probably curse and a blessing at the same. Therefore I can not agree with the criticism of material and processing absolutely.
Keys:
The scroll wheel is great: Nice Site, nice grip, easy to reach. Not quite as "class" look the other keys. The right and left mouse buttons are a bit too spongy, compared with my Razer Krait, you're afraid that the buttons are placed at the placement of the finger (exaggeration). Also I feel the key width as too broad. Adjust the button for DPI is not quite optimal to reach but without greater efforts. The situation is different with the button to switch the modes. This is not to make a finger. You should not try because it's just a cramp. I find at least not too tragic, because this is probably made in the battle hardly middle or accidental operation could even be fatal.
The "Aim" button is a nice idea, but the key for my hand proportions is positioned a little too far forward. In contrast, the fall a little too far forward and back buttons to the rear, at least the back button.
The second Mausraud on the side I see at least as useful features, but which I could not fully try in the short time.
Through the software, all buttons can be freely configured. The DPI number can be adjusted for the 4 DPI levels, continuously. Even the Mausensitivität can be varied independently for the x and y coordinate.
Modifications:
That what is their adaptability characterizes the mouse. This may be a brilliant idea, in practice it looks not quite so rosy.
- The length is adjustable in 4 steps
- Thumb pad is adjustable in the longitudinal position and the spread angle. Here one should note the screw for the angle-tighten otherwise by pressing the button Aim this is adjusted.
- Thickness of the mouse can be adjusted using the two shells. From an adjustment but one can not speak
- Attaching a filing for ring and little finger
Ergonomics:
You'd think with such an adaptability, it is still possible to find any configuration with which you can use the mouse properly. Not even close. The customization options are almost beside the point, because the mouse was fehlkonzipiert for my hand proportions. The front part is far too wide. The mouse weight even without weights through the many metal much too high. Perhaps we should have finished some components made of carbon fiber or fiberglass to reduce weight.
As I went through some Amazon reviews I read said to be a woman with the mouse got along and this .... criticized only because of a defect sorry ... I'm not as southern Europeans and with proportions of 1.76m for this created mouse. Whether as an "average" Central Europeans better able to deal installed entry, is left to them. For my part I can only say the mouse is just unusable. I've tested the mouse 4 days extensively and every time, regardless of when configurations, always the same problem. Because of the weight and the width of the mouse to the ring and little fingers cramped. Primary of the ring finger and radiates over the back of the hand to the wrist.
Now you can say, of course, that I might use an unusual mouse attitude. However I had with my two Razer models never such problems!
Conclusion:
Visually appealing mouse, high-quality components but an ergonomics that was probably made for bears.
Get the mouse unfortunately have to return.
