Positive:
+ Varied programs of different kinds (my favorite is Bodyforming with sticks)
+ Workouts between 20-55 minutes (which you should be aware that partly the minute does not match)
+ Fun of exercise is best conveyed
+ Sticks break up the training, pre-programmed in a good mood
Negatives:
- It is in some steps requires a lot of space
- For people with knee problems (I have problems with cruciate ligament and meniscus) are the motion units partly painful, talent for improvisation)!
- German dubbing is atrocious, verbatim translations like "get it?" bother
- Always the same songs (at the beginning of a positive, since the movement sequence looks familiar, with prolonged use, it is but boring)
All in all one can say that it's a really good workout in between or for cold days. About price-performance can be argued, however, it is cheaper than a weekly rate by far. Speaking for myself not overwhelmed me the training, for couch potatoes, it is definitely a super entry of wanting more :)
