Too small, too thin

Pads have the dimensions 10.2 x 10.2 x 0.4 and are therefore unfit for weights as 80,90,100kg etc. They are so small that they cover only half of my hands and one is constantly on rumgriffeln ... Have They then paid a lady, she was excited because she has small hands and women, or at least they attack difficulty with thick pads has.
