This book is as good or even better than Harry Potter and so it transports the reader into another world.

Herbie Brennan writes amazingly and the story is supberb.One does not want it to end and "loose" all the new friends from the fairy realm.

Fairies of the Light and Fairies of the Dark are portraited in an interesting way human and amazing ideas and parallels are being drawn!

Fortunately there is a 2nd (The Purple Emperor) & 3rd book (Ruler of the Realm) to heigthen the reading pleasure.
