I admit I was skeptical at start seeing for the first time the principle of this sensor cleaning method. I thought, what the buffer would leave traces on the sensor or he would pull the sensor (it's never too paranoid ...) if he adhered too well .... After searching and reading umpteen tests on the net, I launched and ordered it on Amazon (impeccable service as usual). Taking my courage in two hands, I started in the sensor cleaning my M240 (not without sweating, considering the price of the machine). After the second passage, almost perfect result, almost all the dust is no more than ancient history, and especially the most important, even the fine drops of oil that dotted the sensor have been cleaned! The buffer is extremely easy to use and there is really no technical difficulty to perform cleaning, even for someone who is not handy.
Anyway I'm happy with my purchase and recommend it without problems.
NOTE: Do not use on Sony sensors or risk seeing the buffer leave traces on the sensor because it is protected by an anti-static treatment / dust.
