No sufficient antireflective effect, inappropriate recess

As I previously a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 had and was very pleased with the anti-reflection film, here as an acquired. This time of anchor, due to the perfect 5-star review.
Unfortunately, the "anti-reflective" effect here remarkably bad and not enough in my eyes, in only low light is the image like a mirror. This was much better with my "previous" slide.
In addition, the recess at the upper end is inappropriate, here is just a part cut, which does not make sense.
I have satisfied myself again and checked the package, if the film is right, this was confirmed.
Therefore actually 1 star and not buy recommendation!
Positive is the accessory, an anti-bubble scratches and microfiber cloth for cleaning are included. Even a small adhesive tape to remove the dust is present.
Therefore, ultimately 2 star, although not buy recommendation from me!

The Customer is, however, incredibly well of anchor, one day after the bad review was offered to me to get a new set of films for free, with no favor, the amount will be refunded.
As I have already purchased a sheet from market competitors, this is not needed anymore.
Due to the 1a customer service therefore increase to 3 stars
