Then useful information came from my local gas station, an oil change incl. Engine flush would be advisable. Tips from that, I also got from the "gas station".
Okay then-new oil filter, oil plus this motor flushing ordered, my sets are pictured this:

After I had filled the 500ml of rinse, I let the engine about 15 minutes. it idle. Result: No more mud, everything clean!
Conclusion: Suitable for extremely dirty engines, highly recommended!
But would have been better but a regular oil check, from and "take the train" at times but to prevent such a thing.
