Preamble: my wife has written one of the comments above, commmentaire has amended some weeks later wondering if trade lamps would last a few months. The answer is no, unfortunately only a half months for the two lamps! Pressing the power jack, the connector is pressed, making it unusable. We will again try to exchange Daffodill but without much hope (if it is to pay even 10 shipping, no thank you!). In conclusion: do not buy this lamp, hoping for miracles. In normal use, it will only last a few weeks or months at best
