confusing size specification (White bought)

I ordered in size 36. COME 2 Panty with indication XL. But it is interesting, that is the average size 36 actually.
Where do the little comical name in the Panty comes I do not know, and to whom they should fit so to my knowledge escapes.

Fact: ordered 36 and fits.
The build quality is good for the price of 6.90 (no threads, sewn clean, symmetrical ...) What more could you want.
The materials should not be bad. You do not smell absolutely. After not wash broken in. Perfect.
