Only 4 of 9 keys ordered were compliant. The other 5 were not the same type. Same brand, same warranty but not retractable. Not a single email exchange or other to ask if the replacement does not pose a problem for me ...
After this comment, the seller quite a gesture of goodwill and intends to re noncompliant keys. Unfortunately too late. All's well that ends well.
