The product is really great! I find the envelope a little too thick for everyday use.
I wanted to send it back and had s bought directly from Tuff-Luv, because the shipping was not offered on Amazon. Now I have to send the goods back to England. Bear the shipping costs themselves. I think that's anything but super.
