Then I have angschaut the solder joints on Chincheingang ... oh my god ... either it was a returns where a customer has raged for the first time with a soldering iron and did not know what he is doing or the manufacturer produces the garbage itself , Because basically no clean points were soldered with me, it looked more like "solder-mud". Moreover, this solder was already dropped again, saying at one point no contact with the board, which was also because that the Chincheingang is very loose and is supported in part by the solder joint. Then it's no wonder that this dissolves when the plug is often pulled in and out. So first fixed receipt with glue and re-soldered. Because I always had the flask at hand, also directly attached the cable from the power supply to the board. Was the best solution, since the input of the power cord to the device something is cheap, that this would not have done it anyway long.
In short, everything works perfectly now !!!
Raises only the question: "Is it justified, something like this to turn the customer, even if the price of course is very low?"
A resounding "no" from me. It is now times assumed that something works, if it is purchased. No matter at what price. Sure it can be expected that the materials are poor and thus the life expectancy of the product is not as high, the 40 euro cost more like a product. But it did not work at delivery, is absolutely out of the question. In this case the technique is quite manageable and solve even yourself if you had twice a soldering iron and have some basic knowledge in electronics, or you know someone who meets these criteria! ;)
