It is very compact but does not light and its weight causes problems with a wall outlet.
In terms of these defects, it is regrettable:
- Low compatibility level of the batteries (NiMH only)
- The absence of the discharge function of battery charge before (yet very easy to set up on this type of product)
- No defective battery detection function
- Rather noisy (annoying in a hotel room)
So I made other choices:
- If I'm really hyper rush, so I use this quick charger Uniross - Ultra - Universal Charger Rechargeable Batteries much more versatile with more features and participating in fair trade.
- If I'm in no hurry, so I chose Universal Battery Charger - ALKALINE Regenerator, also very fast (about 1 hour for AAA) and ecological as can charge up to 10 times an alkaline battery (disposable). And it works!
In short, I find few arguments in favor of Duracell charger compared to the competition if it is its compactness.
