Frankly, to fried potatoes I've never tried it ... but you can therefore perfectly fried zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes and similar taste, refine vegetable stews and -aufläufe, dips with yogurt create ... even a spontaneous experiment with pumpkin soup I have refined with feta, not only me tasted extremely good. The spice is an absolute all-rounder and an indispensable part of my kitchen.
