Great for a go pro

It seems to me strong and of good quality.
One can easily get go pro on it. I do not use the Boitie (black and red) retractable; I use his box.
By cons, in order to have the orientation and tilt as you want, I suggest you use another attachment (the one given when buying the go pro that can orient and tilt up and down but also from right to left). If we could see the Boitie not moving despite the weight. I recommend it. No use underwater; to see.
