In fact, I needed to go on the Internet to see how it works because the CD is empty ... or so it seemed.
It can run in BOOT. So do not panic if you see nothing on when you insert the Windows CD player. Then the software GUI (once "booted", ie start at boot the computer before the OS, eg Windows) is not too bad and help is so accessible. Note that several language options are offered. The software contains different maintenance tools (not tested yet) and a simple menu that allows to clone the HDD easily (choice of source disk and NIOHC Destination) with automatic or custom (if you want to set or select only certain partitions). Then there is a progress bar to indicate the possibility of turning off the computer or restart after copying software. This can be useful if it takes time. However for me the copy of 200GB will take a 15 minutes ... Long live the USB 3 cable is provided (although very short). Another tip, plugged directly into a USB port on the motherboard. I plugged into a port on the front and I got picked up to 5 times before I decided to change the port (the operation began more then nothing moved after a few minutes).
So to summarize,
most: a good product that does what is asked and a USB cable 3 significant for large volumes to be copied
Cons: lack a "quick start" sheet and a short little cable
Tips: Start the CD Boot (change the boot sequence in its BIOS) and connect the drive to a destination port USB3 motherboard (computer's back usually for a desktop PC).
