Please make sure Bachten that Canon has several sizes eyecups. Although the essay fits on my EOS 500 D, but the mussel altogether approx 4mm wide and 2 mm higher than the originals. This not only looks strange, the picture is also not 100% accurately reproduced in the viewfinder.

For EOS 500 D is not recommended, but good quality.
