Looking for a good kitchen radio with preset buttons I came across the Roberts Stream83i. The configuration was done quickly and the test could begin. My conclusion:

- Menu navigation, usability, display design
- Internet radio reception via W-Lan-Rooter
- DAB Plus reception under difficult conditions (city, unfavorable transmitter site)
- Play MP3 files from a USB stick
- Sound in setting up the My EQ mode
- Low power consumption

- FM part mediocre at reception performance, no noise reduction, no station list
- Equalizer modes, unusable except My EQ
- Aerial input socket is missing

Tips: In case of deliberate DAB or FM reception tests are necessary at various installation sites. With a little skill can be an external antenna via a coaxial cable, the center conductor is associated with the pushed-in telescopic antenna, connect. The shield has no connection. I have connected the device to 5 mm coaxial cable, 15m length, with the radio connector of the cable connection, thereby achieving undisturbed FM reception of about 30 stations.
