I have the BC 1609 gained me, after his predecessor (discounter model) has just made limp as I drove over rough cobblestones. The Sigma is, however, very durable and withstands even hard impacts and long cobbled easily. Consciously I have chosen for the version with cable, since the radio transmission does not seem to be entirely without error in its sister models. The range of functions of the BC 1609 is as described above and in my opinion is quite sufficient. Operation is intuitive and with a few button presses, you can call up all functions. Visually, the computer can score with its glossy appearance. Plugging into the terminal works without problems, it is a tight fit guaranteed. Two small criticisms: Firstly, the BC 1609 can not be completely shut down, which reduces the lifetime of the battery. Secondly, with supplied rubber bands to attach the terminal and the signal receiver are not long enough to attach the Coputer the stem, but the owner's manual recommends cable ties, although not included in the delivery. However, these two defects can be get over with the price.
Conclusion: Affordable bike computer for all major functions
