For product:
Of course, the viewfinder field reduced by distance to the actual prism / mirror and refraction of light through the glass elements, but I think that's by no means a disadvantage. I think you so has a better overview of the (still) very bright viewfinder image. In addition, you get the feeling you ansich, more seen from the viewfinder field in spite of the reduction. Feels as if the seeker suddenly a 98% coverage. Oh yes - I wear glasses, have a somewhat stronger frame and 'reviewing' is very pleasant. In addition, the nose ditscht (which is also quite strong with me haha) no longer against the display, although in my case (60D), the display minimal more projects than in models with non-swiveling monitor. I for one would recommend the EP-EX15.
Care: I'm aware of EP-EX15 as the EP-EX15II is intended for users of small entry-level cameras, as 1000D, 1100D, 400D, 550D (or Rebel X, T2i, etc.). Why? Housing and terminal for viewfinder adaptations (such as angle finder, eyecups and it is this Okularverlängerungen) are simply much less than that of the larger models of two-digit and single-digit DSLRs from Canon. So, recommended product to be very straight here on Amazon, but: small camera = EP-EX15II, great camera = EP-EX15.
