Otherwise I use a simple sunscreen with a high SPF from the tube. Since I feel safe and well protected and it is slightly cheaper.
Most sunscreen products promise this by now next to good protection against the harmful solar radiation (SPF note depending on skin type and duration) still a lot.
Both have the UVA / UVB filters.
Both are waterproof, according imprint. My cream has vitamins, panthenol and almond oil (extra skin care and protection against dehydration).
Both have important tips for use on the back. They should be all right 30min applied eg before sunbathing.
Both draw about the same speed into the skin.
Nivea smells stronger and sweet but not very summery like other lotions. For water runs off better here and the skin looks after not so dull but still soft and smooth.
The cooling effect is better with my cream, at least during application. Because I feel a little longer and more intense slight cooling.
Sunburn I have both the sun not get (20 min. In the afternoon).
Conclusion: Whether Nivea, Ladival or another manufacturer is important that you use sunscreen when sunbathing. This prevents when used correctly not only sunburn and helps to get a nice tan but also protects the skin against aging and pathological changes. Since there are quite different in the form of creams, milk and spray everyone can find the right well. Just little try.
