Specification of the old version (SDSDQXL-064G)
- UHS Class 1
- Read 45 MB / s
- Write 45 MB / s
Specification of the new version (SDSDQXN-064G)
- UHS Class 3
- Read 60 MB / s
- Write 40 MB / s
Irritating way is only the "Speed Class" of 10 specified at Amazon in the title of the XL, whereas in the newer XN the "UHS Speed Class" is indicated by 3. This suggests that the recent XN is significantly slower. Actually, however, the older XL is a "UHS Speed Class' 1.
"UHS Speed Class" 1 represents a minimum sustained write speed of 10MB / s.
"UHS Speed Class" 3 represents a minimum sustained write speed of 30MB / s.
According to the specification, the new version of the map while writing about 5 MB / s slower than the old version. My tests (see pictures) but show as well as the other benchmarks of the other reviews here that the actual figures are even higher than stated.
First Tets revealed that 1080p can be recorded easily at 120fps (Protune). Even with the 4K test recording I could find no stuttering (only camera shake: P).
Note to the CrystalDiskMark images:
The last test is displayed 0,000 because I had to abort the test. That has not somehow been through my card reader.
