Picture sent and delivered goods do not match

I have over the length and knit the hat but have difficult surprised and asked the seller to enlightenment. On friendly demand and presentation of the images the provider responds as follows:
Quote: "Thank you for your message, you get sent to the ordered items (...) Yours sincerely.".

The above is clearly wrong. The pictured offer a short chunky knit cap does not match the delivery. Is supplied instead of a short, roughly woven knit hat long acrylic cap.

For inspection I own picture set.
Who's degrees on the way to skiing: accesses, with goggles makes certainly good ..
Those like me who is looking for a hat for the city: let's rather off the finger.
