On my Access Point TP-Link TL-WA801ND I replaced the original antenna against these larger antennas. Despite many configuration experiments, the received power was always worse than the original two antennas (these have router for TP-Link software is always more than 4 times the signal strength with respect to the "amplifier antennas"). A look at the TP-Link website revealed later, however, that the antennas are compatible only with three older wireless devices. From the item description contained herein was not seen.
