For the price and private, occasional use, the device is very good. However, if you want to shred a lot of it is of course annoying because it just always needs a cool-down period and can destroy a few pages at a time. But as described and as such therefore sold nothing to complain about.
The credit / CD / DVD destroyer is however a bit cumbersome to use and I have stuck still a residual plastic in there, I have not gotten out for weeks. Functioning but it does perfectly.
