Unfortunately, our unit from the outset did not work the USB connection. That was to get over as far as we usually use the SD card itself for data exchange. Although we were promised several times recalls; But the weeks dragged on (no recall of the service partner). The end of August we have then taken the written way (e-mail). Also went back and forth. Well, the end of October we presented the service operation images with clear case traces which previously (June 2014, while returning by us) were not available. Unfortunately we can not the opposite, as we had no pictures taken by the camera before we sent them back. All annoying!
