I never buy back a battery charger from VARTA. The batteries are top quality, but the charger brings all batteries to 'glow' (about 60 degrees) and never turns off properly. All my batteries store broken after less than 20 times.
Contact with Varta and the customer support? Some say because of the temperature problem? None.
Therefore, never again.
