I'm quite disappointed by this book of American recipes although it had looked so promising (coverage, opinion ...). Some recipes have indeed seem to be interesting, but they are few. Generally they are simple in the negative sense: it explains how we for example make an omelet or fried eggs ... thank you ... And when revenues become somewhat interesting, take the eggs Benedict for example , we are told to buy English muffins in the supermarket, to buy hollandaise sauce in the supermarket, etc. Finally, book at 15 euros with less than 15 interesting recipes.
