I received the product contained in a bubble envelope. On opening: this is a surprise package whose cartridges are not grouped together but the unit ??????? Also, I made the mistake of not seeing the symbol color cartridges (the fox and not the apple). My printer is not compatible with this series ......... Maybe cheaper this pack but in the end I only pay for the very expensive black. So be careful.
