Those unfamiliar monster hunter, it is essentially fighting monsters (alone or with others) and use the recovered above materials to build more powerful weapons to defeat more powerful monsters, ect ... it may seem repetitive, but if only one adheres to quite demanding gameplay, the battles are epic and the game is very addictive.
Those who made Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate will not disorient, almost no gameplay changes. Aquatic phases disappear and are replaced by the ability to jump on monsters. Compared to episode 3, there is almost as new monsters (which are actually unpublished or monsters Episode 1 and 2) and they are even more numerous. Content is gargantuan. Contrary to what one often reads, we can play well without the circle pad pro.
But the big plus of this episode is the possibility of multi-line WITHOUT going through the WiiU (3ds enough, which was not the case of episode 3). In addition it is now easier to find a part.
To resume.
The advantages
+ An impressive number of monsters and almost as unpublished compared to 3
+ All weapons of previous episodes plus some new
+ An impressive length of life
+ Real multi-line
cons
-a tutorial too long for the regulars and chatty (but still shorter than the 3)
-a very demanding gameplay
I highly recommend for fans of 3. For those who have never played, so start by this episode.
