The Scotch mending tape is a great way to temporarily seal small leaks. The prerequisite is that one good rankommt the place and the tape can stretch accordingly so that it is welded to itself. In narrow-angle or corners or under plaster without enough space that is not possible and therefore no use the tape for such repairs. But if you have an exposed pipe or hose, so the tape seals from actually effective and also keeps the water line pressure without further support. Anyway, good to have the Scotch mending tape for all cases in the house.
