Actually, I do not write reviews, but I have now so annoyed that I still do now. This is already my 3rd Fresh Aroma Perfect of Beem. In the first 2 models the grinder was broken after a year. When this happened to me the 2nd time I have complained about the coffee and also delivered a new get what I've been looking forward. Then, when the replacement machine broke down, I ordered a coffee grinder of Unold, who also did not last longer than one year and then I landed back at Beem, because having an aroma button for 2 cups. I love the taste of freshly ground coffee and prefer to take into account that the machine is broken after one year, than that I use a machine where I do not taste the coffee. The 3rd (version 2!) Came at 07:02:13. What I've been looking forward: At last the coffee was much more finely ground than before. No longer the rough scrap. The joy did then to 02:04:13. Then the water just stood in the water tank and no longer ran by. Of course, I then complained about the coffee at Beem and had on 10/04. a completely new machine (again Version 2) in my hands. Somewhat frustrated I was when I realized that the grinder has ground on this coffee again as rough as before. But nevertheless, I knew that already from the old machine. What I'm now totally frustrated and angry: Since 2 days it is hardly possible to brew coffee. The result is so much steam during scalding that the housing front is completely covered and wet and the steam and the brewing water flows out under the filter out on the counter, so that a puddle formed under the coffee machine. A complete cup of water evaporates during cooking coffee. Frustrated and angry, I have sent the new complaint coffeemaker earlier back to Beem for renewed complaint and wait for the 3rd new coffeemaker from Beem within 2 1/2 months.
