The money would much better invested in whey and creatine monohydrate. Nevertheless, 2 stars, 1 for peak since the other peak products I had Vischer were always top and 1 for weight gain (suppose it were water retention by the creatine) which unfortunately was again but by the discontinuation of the product away.
